Help With This Cake

Can anyone give me some advice on how to make this Mickey Mouse. I have never done anything sculpted or shaped. I am thinking the head and body are probably made of cake. Thanks

In my opinion the only part of this design that is cake is the present. The rest is Rice Treats.
Also, be informed that it is illegal to sell such a creation - copyrite laws icon_sad.gif

Thanks, yes, I know it is illegal to sell, it is for a friend. I was also thinking maybe RKT for the head and body too.
