After taking my crumbcoated 12 x 18 sheet cake out of the refrigerator to icing and decorate, while transporting to the table, the icing was cracking. I was able to cover it up nicely with icing. I am hoping that after icing and decorating, when I take it back out of the refrigerator tomorrow for the party, that the icing won't crack again.

It is a heavy cake. I used a vanilla cream cheese mousse for the filling. I have it supported under 3 cake boards.

Thank you icer! It looks like it's a support issue with me. I need more support for the cake. This is my first sheet cake. I'm learning!
