I'm getting ready to do this Recipe but it doesnt tell me how long to bake it for, can anyone help me? This is my first time trying it as I'm practicing it for a wedding cake for next week.
Hey Sara, I know it's well past the date you posted this but if you read ALL the post on my *original* WASC recipe post it probably is there.
I bake by smell usually and I'm sure you realize it does depend on the size you are baking but generally for one recipe you can figure on 30 minutes at 300 degrees then another 15 to 30 at 325. (Usually only 20 minutes on the 2nd timing.)
