Good day all

I have been requested to make the cake below. What is the name of the flower in front between the roses? Is there a tutorial on how to make it somewhere? Birthday is on 30 June. TIA!

It looks like an orchid. I have not tackled orchids yet.

to me, it doesn't have the throat of an orchid. There are stamens so it looks like something along the lines of a small white amaryllis.

I googled amaryllis and I think it's closer than orchid. I could not find gumpaste amaryllis tutorial. I am going to try making one using orchid tutorial with circle or rose petal cutters. Thank y'all.

It could be a gladiolus.

Amaryllis petals are pointed.

I agree it doesn't have the throat of an orchid, but it's similar to these orchids:

Though I've never seen an all white iris - I think it bares a resemblance.

It looks like it could be a lisianthus....lisianthus usually have more petals but with the same shape...they are similar to a rose, petals are in a spiral pattern...you can try googling Lisianthus Pictures and should get some good ones

Lisianthus could be closest. Check:

I could not find lisianthus tutorial. I will just do what I wrote above using rose cutters. Will post pictures. Thank you so much everyone!
