Im testing a new recipe and they turned out fantastic, except for my ganache. This was my first attempt at making a ganache and it just stayed completely runny. I was confused while reading the recipe for it, at any rate I will keep trying it and see if I can find a more clear recipe. Is there a learning curve to this stuff or was it just a bummer recipe? Feel free to post your fav chocolate ganache recipe
12 oz chocolate (semi-sweet or bittersweet)
1 cup heavy cream
Put cream over medium heat until boiling. Stir into chocolate until fully melted
There shouldn't be a learning curve. It's very simple. What was your recipe?
