Anyone seen this shape shield cutter anywhere?? Everywhere I find that has it is outrageously expensive with shipping. I don't want to pay $14 for one cutter lol.

Well the cutters I currently have don't do it.

Or tulip one. I have .99 from Hobby Lobby and it looks like the top can be reshaped rather easily.
