So here I am, telling customers I can't do copyright images, ever; just turned down a Pooh baby shower cake again the other day.
Then I see THIS: http://main.cricut.com/shopping/detail-department-Disney-Pooh-and-Friends-Cricut-Cartridge-0-175.aspx
wth?
Not that I want to buy them all, but they seem to have a LOT of themed cricut cartridges. Is this something I missed, or should I just stick with the easier 'no' answer?
According to ProvoCraft, the makers of Cricut, you are licensed to sell limited quantities of products made with Cricut carts that use ProvoCraft intellectual property. Carts with third-party IP (like Disney) are not included in this license and are for home use only, so you would need to negotiate with Disney on your own to obtain a license to resell the likeness of Disney characters.
