I have had this pan for quite some time and I am finally going to try and use it today. Want to make my Amaretto-Almond pound cake in the pan for my husband to take to work for the boys! The recipe bakes @ 325 for 1 hr 5 min to 1 hr 10 min in a regular bundt pan. How much should I put in each cavity...fill it half way? And, how long would I bake it? Pan has nine cavities that are 2 1/2 x 3 3/8 x 1 1/2 in. deep. Thanks for your help!!

Pound cakes don't rise a whole lot, so 3/4 would be fine. I keep the temp the same and then just check after about 20 minutes.

I don't know anything about the Wilton pans. Mine are individual. Hopefully the middles will bake as fast as the outsides.
