Could anyone tell me what size they think the pans for this cake are. They look like maybe a 6" and 8". Thanks
There is no pic for us to judge.
I remember one time someone posted a pic and asked the same basic ?. Turned out she had made the cake and it was a mini - like 4" and 2" and some of us had guessed as big as 10 and 8"ers.
My point is it really doesn't matter that much what size they are as long as you keep the size ratio similar and use whatever size pans you need for the # of servings needed.
Not sure why I can't post the pic but thanks for the advice. I will just use the 6" and 8" sized pans. It is a topsy turvy cake though so will that matter?
