My February feature flavor is strawberry cupcakes with pink champagne butter cream. I'm also working on a red velvet cake with cinnamon hearts butter cream.

Either strawberry cake + chocolate frosting or chocolate cake + strawberry frosting = chocolate covered strawberries!
