I have been asked to do a beer or liquor cake for a friend's son. Is there any way I can go about making the cake with a certain name brand without copyright infringement? I hate to make a liquor bottle the says "Liquor" or something to that effect. Any ideas or information on how to handle this issue would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Maybe make up a liquor name that uses the son's name or last name? Make a design label that looks similar to another bottle but wth a play on his name.....

There is no way to make it without infringing unless you get permission.
