Which part of this cake is actually cake?

I guess part of the body and the donut skirt maybe? Head and ears RKT ,hands modelling chocolate/fondant?

Actually, the whole thing might be cake. You can get pretty far with cakes like this if you use enough support. The legs and arms could be RKTs, and the whole thing might be constructed around a PVC "skeleton", and there's probably a plywood base under the skirt attached to the central innards in some way, but there's no reason you couldn't make the whole thing edible aside from the supports.
