I saw these cake pops being taught at the ICES show and was wondering if anyone here has an idea on how to make these! Thanks!

Wow - are these those "adorkable" cake pops I've been reading about? icon_rolleyes.gif

Seriously, it looks like a simple bell shape, dipped and decorated.

I love these, but have not made them. What I'm thinking: Have the lollipop stick on the top and on the bottom of the cake ball. Take a tiny paper cup, maybe 1.5 inches high, 1.5 inches across the opening, and thread it on the bottom lollipop stick so that it will hold the skirt of the dress out. Probably the paper cup wouldn't go up snug to the cake ball, but I don't know how you would fix it to the stick at a particular height--tape?
I'm probably not helping.

Hi'

I agree with jgifford. These do look like a bell shape medium.

This is their facebook page:

You could get in touch with them and say you couldn't take their class at ICES but you'd really like to know how to make them......

Thanks Shanter! I thought about contacting them directly but wasn't sure if they would share, seeing that they offer a class for that. The descrip says the mannequins are molded from white chocolate - not sure if they use a mold or use cake pop dough.

Just dip a bell shape and decorate, that's all there is to it
