I have made heaps of roses for a wedding cake, bride only wanted roses, no leaves or anything else, so I have made lots of buds... Can u tell me weather it is better to wire them altogether or poke them into a dome on top of the cake? Bride wants a posy omN top and I have never done one! How do I wire it all together?

Why don't you use a half circle Styrofoam ball covered in fondant? Stick your roses in the Styrofoam individually. They will be easier to control the placement with less breakage.
