Ok so I have seen a couple of references to a "must have" dvd for working with buttercream. And of course I didn't write it down at the time and now that I want to find it I can't. Any suggestions are very welcome. icon_biggrin.gif

Any chance it was Perfecting the Art of Buttercream by Sharon Zambito aka as Sugarshack. This dvd is available from http://www.sugaredproductions.com/product/Buttercream-DVD/
