Is Cake Still Good To Use?

Hi, I bake the ultimate choclate cake seven days ago and was not feeling good later on that day. I put into the refrigerator. Is this still good? I meant to two different mousse layer but since not feeling well due to cold ifelt not like doing it. Please let me know, otherwise I will make another one. Thank you.

If it was wrapped well in the frig it should be just fine. If it is for family no problem but just remember, customer will not have time to use up left-overs.
