I'm wondering what you all would charge for this cake. It took me quite a while. Ten individual cakes with a 14x14 cake on the bottom. The individual cakes were just vanilla with a little buttercream and about 5x5" each, the bottom was chocolate with organic Scharffen Berger chocolate mousse filling.

We would probably charge in the $900-1000 range for that cake.
I have no advice about pricing since I don't sell my cakes, but that is a very pretty cake! You did a great job!
How do you calculate your prices? If it's by slice then start from there. Then add in time spent and overhead costs.
Cost of cake is cost to make it, time spent/how much your time is worth, and profit.
No one can tell you what to charge since those things vary from person to person.
For me, I charge $3 for buttercream and 3.50 to 4 for fondant depending on the design.
