Nutella can be purchased in most grocery stores, but I find BJ's has the best price. Look by the peanut butter section.

I used to hide jars of Nutella in my bedroom when I was a kid. I LOVE the stuff. I definately want to find a recipe for Nutella Ganache.

I just opened the jar of Nutella I've had im my pantry for months. It's not what I'd expected. Very creamy and soft. Sounds best used with a dark chocolate cake. Though I'll use it on pb sandwiches for my granddaughters next time they're over and see what they think. I bet their mom, my dd, will frown on choc/pb sandwiches, but then she'll know it's the kind of thing she'd have gotten at her grandma's if grandma had known about it when she was a kid. And then she'll want one too! LOL

LukeRubyJoy, so do you just use Nutella for 1/2 the butter amount in your buttercream and then strong coffee for the liquid? I'd love to try this. Can you send me the recipe you use? Or post it? I'd love to try a tried recipe as you described. Sounds wonderful!
Thanks!

Oh and THANKS A LOT for making me open this jar you guys!! LOL
