How do you make your cupcake swirl tall like this?....
I have to do some baby shower cupcakes this weekend & she wants the cupcakes to look like the ones in the photo with the sprinkles, but every time I do swirls my cupcakes are short, not tall like in the pics. Should I maybe put a mound of BC on top of the cupcake then do the swirl around the mound?

The frosting appears to be pretty stiff (since the swirl edges are not uneven).
