I need a fancy cake stand for a wedding that will take the weight of a stacked, 4 tier cake. Can anyone help me out here. I don't want it to buckle under the weight but I want it to look classy enough for the occasion. Please help.

Glass bricks/blocks. You can get them at places like Home Depot.
Wrap mini lights around them or tissue paper under them etc.

Stryo wrapped in mylar or foil?
Stack up cake boards and cover again in mylar, foil or maybe fabric?
