Does anyone know what they are cutting to make flower form in this video? Thanks

I love taking asian demos at ices convention. They are so great with b/c.As you can see in the pic, they have this on a rose cone also. I think these are made of rice paper or something like that. I bought some, but haven,t used them. I see them making their roses with this. He is just cutting the cone in half and using as the base for the orchid flower, to make it all edible. You actually could make your own, I have a friend that makes all kinds of flowers with this rice paper. hth
