OK I delivered a wedding cake yesterday. A half hour after I left it started leaning. What happened. It did have a little lean but not that noticeable. My cakes are really moist and I wonder if that is the problem. I also used raspberry filling for the first time. I will post a pic of the lean and any help and comments would be much apprciated!!
