My friend has asked me to make her a baby shower cake, she has sent me a photo of what she like, which is a baby bump with breasts, she says she wants that but a smaller version for about 15 people, any idea what i could use to get the baby bump shape and the breasts shape?

This is the cake.

This cake alone will only feed about 15 anyways..Use the 8 inch soccer ball pan or 3D egg pan and the mini wondermolds or half ball cakepans for the breasts.

Yes, as kiddiekakes said you would be using only 1/2 of a ball or egg cake pan and 2 small 1/2 ball cupcakes to for it so it will serve 15 or maybe even less so no need to make it smaller.
