I've been using the Decorators cream cheese icing found in the favorites sections BUT I find that everytime I make it, I get different results. Ive had it crust beautifully for me before and held its shape, then today I made it again and it is runny and not holding its shape!!
WHAT am i doing wrong? icon_sad.gif

I have never used decorators cream cheese frosting, but I do know that when you make if from scratch if you beat the cream cheese to much after the sugar is added that is will go runny every time. Also, if you use the 1/3 less fat cream cheese that can make runny frosting.

Thanks for the reply, I'll try not beating it as much as I did yesterday. But I also thought about it this morning and whenever I use Philly cream cheese brand I notice its always runny and never crusts. But if i use any other brand it comes out fine so i'll try both methods again icon_smile.gif

THANKS
