Hi everyone,

I was just wondering what everyone has in their emergency kits for when delivering cakes to venues?

I am just making a checklist for my own kit and was curious about what different bits and pieces everyone else might have in there.

Hmmm. Let me think. In mine I have:

Business Cards
Ruler
Piping Bag
Piping Gel
Scissors
Clear Tape
Duct Tape
Ivory and White Ribbon (5/8")
Stick Pins (large and small)
Tips (around 4 sizes)
Toothpicks
Paint Brushes
Those small Wilton Pearl Dusts (in about 4 colors)
4 pack of Wilton Colors (even though I can't stand wilton colors, this is for in a pinch)
Wet Wipes
Paper Towels
Gloves (both latex and the tight fit/surgical kind)
Exacto Knife & Extra blade
Small bag of tightly wrapped white fondant
Dragees (silver, gold, pearl & Ivory) (to hide last minute imperfections)
Fondant smoother
Corn starch
Palate Knife
Trash bags (grocery store bags)
Florist Tape
Florist sticks (to keep flowers watered)
Wooden dowels
Bubble Tea Straws
Cardboard rounds

And, before I leave I usually add:
bag of white royal icing
any buttercream or icing color

Wow! That sounds like alot but it actually fits in those Wilton cases.
