Hi Everyone,

My son and his fiance asked me to make their wedding cake. They would like a reversed marble cake with a mocha icing between the layers and a vanilla bean frosting on the outside. Does anyone have any advice or can point me in the right direction??

Thanks icon_biggrin.gif

My guess is that a reversed marble would be more chocolate cake, less vanilla cake.

Since it is your son and future DIL, why not ask them what they mean by it.

If I am doing a larger cake, I generally make the marble pretty even, so I will use a white/vanilla cake mix and a chocolate cake mix and swirl them together.
