Can anyone give me some tips? I'm using Regal Purple gel colouring from Americolor and white Fondx fondant. Am I just not using a large enough amount of colouring?

It will take quite a bit of coloring.Make sure you have lots of powdered sugar on hand too as it gets sticky but after you knead it in really good it is the right consistency.
