I am ask to do a 12/8/6 as a wedding cake for a customer. It is going to be red, so I am ordering the fondant soon. I don't have much call for fondant cakes because of the cost, just the occasional 10 inch round, or a 9x12 or fondant accents...
Because of the color I just don't want to not have enough fondant on hand.
I would rather order too much than not enough.

any suggestions on how much I should order? Any help would be so appreciated.
