Last weekend my Sister-in-law got married (2nd marriage) and this coming weekend they are having a casual outdoor wedding reception. She asked me to make her cake. The only things she told me she wanted atleast one layer pumpkin spice and she wants a square tierred cake with fall flowers as a decoration for 165 people. Anything else was up to me. So I am stuck. Usually I am so use to people I have done cakes for to tell me what they want. I want something different but to look clean and appropriate for an outdoor wedding. I wasnt part of the family for her first wedding and now that I get a chance to be apart of this one I want it to be special! I also am making favor leaf cookies wrapped for all the guests. Sorry so long! Thanks for all the help!! icon_smile.gif

Here is an idea, change it to whatever you like. Maybe put a few small pumpkins around for decoration. [img]

Here is a autumn cake that has been posted on a Norwegian cake forum - www.kakefesten.com

I really like the colors and the flowers used. There should not be problem makeing this into a square cake.
