I'm thinking about getting an inexpensive pasta machine for gumpaste and fondant. Can anyone tell me if there is a big difference between a pasta or clay machine. Also, can anyone recommend a brand? Thanks, Kathy
I have both and love both of them. The pasta machine is great for working with fondant. The clay extruder works well, but make sure you get one that can handle the job.
