I was at a demo at ICES for making Gelatin Roses & was thinking id like to give gelatin a try for doing ribbons, or cut shapes. If I remember correctly to do ribbons i would need a larger texture sheet (which i think would be a fun way to start out). Do you have any suggestions on what sheets to get/ where to get them? I was looking at GSA's site and under gelatin they only mention having flower/windows veining sheets. At ICES they talked about not every plastic sheet will work for gelatin, so if you have any suggestions that you know would work, I'd appreciate it!

Here is a link for the gelatin art. Was fortunate to take a class with Michaelle Stidham last weekend at the Mid Michigan Sugar Artists Workshop. They are great folks and will be happy to answer your questions.
