The red MMF I covered a tier with is a little too thin in some spots...I've cut a bunch of MMF circles that I was planning to attach to it as decoration but am afraid when they're on there the weight of them will cause the red fondant underneath to slide off when at room temp. I used a layer of piping gel under the red MMF. Should I scrap the circles idea or try my luck? Thanks for any advice!

I acutally put on a second layer of fondant(MMF) one time when mine was too thin.

The circles sound ideal for covering the thin spots.
