Prob a silly question but I've never really worked with chocolate before and was wondering if I could use powder colours to colour the chocolate?

Hi,
Powdered colouring is the best to use for chocolate, paste, gel or liquid add too much moisture to the chocolate (and the same goes for modelling chocolate too)

Hope this helps good luck! icon_smile.gif

You can use powder, but if you want a dark color from white chocolate, it can get a bit odd with the addition of too much powder.

You can use oil based colors used for candy, too.

You can also purchasse colored cocoa butter and that works very well, also.
