Has anyone ever done this?

I have to make good (finally) on a bet my husband lost back in 2010 during the FIFA world cup. I need to make the Brazilian flag on a cake. I had originally just planned to do a simple vanilla cake with a vanilla SMBC, nothing fancy, not really decorated. He would like me to put on the Brazillian flag with FIFA World Cup 2014 on it. I had originally thought I'd change up the icing and do an American butter cream and just do a FBCT on it, but I looked at a) the colours I'd need to get and b) the 27 stars that are part of the flag....

I did try to search the forums and found the same question, but it says there's no posts in that link...weird.

Edited to Add: Hmmm...it may just be easier to do the flag itself in fondant and just put it on the SMBC.

I use SMBC exclusively, and do edible images on it all the time. Ice cake, chill, apply image. easy icon_smile.gif
