I'm making a figurine out of mmf. The fondant is about the size of a tennis ball. About how much tylose should I use? Do I just sprinkle it on and knead it in??? Do I need to let it sit out or use it right away? Do I need to hurry and not take too long? TIA!!

I would say not much more than 1/2t., and you knead it in and you do need to work with quickly. The tylose helps it dry faster. So you pretty much need to know exactly what you are making and how you want to do it. Keep any unused portions under plastic wrap at all times. Good luck.

1 teaspoon of Tylose to 8 oz of fondant.
I read that somewhere, just can't remember where.
