Trans Fat Outlawed In Ca. Big Problems With New Shortening!

I purchased a 50lb cube of bunge 0trans fat and found that it was very lumpy. Definitely not like alpine with 3.5 trans fats. Before using it I had to whip the heck out of it just to get it smooth and without lumps. Did you find that with yours?
What does the Dream whip do for your icing and would you still use it if you were using Alpine with 3.5 trans fats?
Hi guys...Anyone using Sweetex Z. I'm in CA..and high ration regular shortening is outlawed...Do you guys like Sweetex Z. A friend of mine recommends White Cap but she said that it recently causing problems :/... Input?
