Can I refreeze RKT after its in a room temperature for 26 hours?

There's nothing in RKT that goes bad, so you don't really need to freeze it at all. But if you want to do it there's no problem in refreezing it any time after it's been unfrozen.

thank you for reply. I need to make it 3 weeks in advance, thats why I don't want it to taste bad.

It will be all right if you just wrap it in a few layers of plastic wrap. I've kept it for a couple of months with no appreciable change and I live in the tropics.
