Hi, I found this link

http://appleandspice.blogspot.com/2008/10/chocolate-overload-cake.html

If you really want an "over loaded" chocolate cake, make everything chocolate, the cake, the filling, the decoration, everything!

you can make the cake, milk, white or dark choc or a chocolate fudge cake,
you can make the filling milk, white or dark choc buttercream or fudge, or even 3 layers! milk, white and dark!

an overload cake could use all 3 of the chocolate types!

For the decoration you can put on loads of her favourite bought chocolates, like the cake on the link,
or you could make modelling choc roses,
white choc roses with pink tinted edges would look incredible. . . . . .

my imagination is running wild now! Good luck! thumbs_up.gif

My chocolate overload cake is DH dark chocolate fudge cake with chocolate buttercream with chocolate ganache. If I had a shop, I am sure it would be a best seller along with my "Buckeye" cake - peanut butter butttercream instead of chocolate buttercream.
