Im trying to price a pregnant belly cake and since i've never made a cake using hemisphere cake pans I'm not sure how many servings it will provide. Can someone please advise on a website that will list how many servings for each size hemisphere pan? I've been researching all afternoon and I can't find one. TIA

A quick way to 'estimate' the number of servings would be to fill your hemisphere cake pan with water to the proper depth for batter, then fill a regular pan with the water from the hemisphere pan to the same batter level you would use for the regular pan..... it might be that you have to try a couple different pans. Then you can use the serving chart for the regular pan and that will give you the # of servings to expect from the odd shaped pan.
