Hi How do I make this cupcake lining (see link below)? I have the pan which has the ridges, but this looks like there is some pattern type cutter to get the tip so perfect. Also how much would a cake like this cots for 60 people?

Not sure how they got the points like that, but I have used the directions here and it works perfectly:
