Hi everyone!

Does anyone know if Blackstone, MA allows residential kitchen licensing. I have a small cake pop business in Plymouth, MA. Residential kitchens are legal here with inspection. I'm not sure about Blackstone, MA though as only some towns in Massachusetts allow it.

If you know anything I would appreciate it as I'm moving there due to husband's job in the next month.

Thanks!

It's legal in the entire state, however there may be some neighborhoods that don't allow the zoning for business, maybe that's what you're thinking.

I would call the Blackstone town hall tomorrow morning and ask the HD what the requirements are in their town.

Good luck!
