400 people. Is this possible to do? how big does it need to be and how much should it cost? Any help or ideas appreciated.

I know there will be people who frown at my response, but legally you can't sell a Mickey and Minnie mouse cake.

You CAN make a tiered cake to serve 400, maybe in red, black and white (M & M colors) and than have the customer place figures that she purchases on the cake.

But, I stay away from selling Disney cakes because of the copyright laws.

Agreed. When customers ask us for copyrighted characters as decorations, we say we can only legally do that if the customer obtains written permission from the copyright owners before hand.
