Just wondering if any of you know a yummy recipe for frosting for fruit cake. I don't make fruit cake that often and when I have it has always been covered in marzipan/fondant. My customer would like something different. I found a white chocolate/cream cheese one. What do you think? (The fruit cake is a very light one)
