How Can I Make The Support System For This?

Hi guys,
I need to make a similar wedding cake to this and I was wondering if anyone knew of a place that sold this pre-made structure or if anyone had instruction on how to build it myself? I need it to be super sturdy as I will be traveling with it (and for my overall sanity I just need it to be secure anyway)

I want to say Global Sugar Art has it. It's called a caddy wampus stand. Bronwen Webber markets them also!

I think it is made with wedges. Maybe someone else could chime in.
