Help

I have seen so many beautiful stacked book cakes, and I have only done a single book and it was in buttercream not by choice but by bride who didn't want to spend the money for fondant.

I have a bride who is getting married halloween with an edgar allen poe theme. so she wants antique book look for her wedding cake.

is there a tutorial on this or can someone walk me through what I can do with this.

I have till october and think I will do a test cake before that date> I always do that when i have these new challenges. So i figure I would get started on a weekend that I only have one small grad cake and am taking the next two weeks off.

any help on this would be so much appreciated.
