You could try any of these two. She's got old-fashioned vanilla birthday cakes from scratch.
According to Starbucks' website, it's just vanilla cake and frosting.
Does anyone know what Starbucks charges for cake pops
does anyone know what Starbucks charges for a cakepop???

oK... it sounds like I was making it more difficult than it needs to be...thanks everyone
Yellow cake with chocolate frosting is what I think a lot of people associate with "birthday cake" flavor.
Around here "birthday cake" flavor is white cake with white icing. That's what the "birthday cake" cake pops from starbucks are...and Edy's has an ice cream flavor that is called birthday cake and it's white cake and white icing...Also, Gigi's cupcakes wedding cake and birthday cake cupcakes are both white cake and vanilla buttercream.
Zaxby's has a birthday milkshake that has "cake batter" flavored milkshake, whipped chocolate on top and sprinkles, so apparently southeastern chicken restaurants are on the yellow cake/chocolate icing train.
