I am wanting to make a loopy bow out of modeling chocolate instead of fondant. Do I still need to start this bow a week in advance to dry, or will making it a day or 2 (making the loops) be long enough for it to set? I have not ever made one with chocolate...

I made mine a week in advance. I let a small fan blow on it also. It did great.

You can make a modeling chocolate bow and have it set up to use in half an hour--10 mins. if you put it in the fridge.
