I tried it once, and I will admit it tasted good, but I didn't like the texture. It was kind of "whipped creamy". I guess I just like an icing with more texture/depth. JMHO

You are absolutely NOT alone. It took a loooong time for me to like it, and I still only like certain flavors. I'll agree that the texture was a major issue for me, and it wasn't until I started using the salted butter that I actually liked it.
