I thought it was just me. Cause I hear it being praised so much I thought maybe I'm missing something. Glad I'm not alone.

You are absolutely NOT alone. It took a loooong time for me to like it, and I still only like certain flavors. I'll agree that the texture was a major issue for me, and it wasn't until I started using the salted butter that I actually liked it.
