Does anyone have a recipe for a completely sugar free buttercream? I tried once making a small portion of my regular buttercream but using splenda instead of powdered sugar. Didn't work that great. Keep wishing they would make a "powdered" splenda. If no one has a recipe for SF BC, then any other sugar free icings that you use?

Thanks in advance.

This is what I use. I would cut the milk down to two tablespoons and see if that works for you. You can always add the extra two tablespoons if needed. Just use sugar free Cool Whip and sugar free pudding. It does require refrigeration but my customers love it.
3 cups cool whip
1 small package instant vanilla or white chocolate pudding
1 t. real vanilla
1 cup whipping cream
1/4 cup milk
Mix whipping cream, milk, vanilla, and pudding until smooth. Fold in Cool whip until no streaks appear. Keep refrigerated.
